As a nuclear facility designer, contractor and operator, NUKEM brings the benefit of practical experience to its Human Factors Assessment work.

Detailed experience in meeting regulatory and customer requirements ensures cost effective and timely provision of our studies. We provide appropriate Human Factors interventions by strategically integrating HF expertise into our projects.

Projects range across the complete system lifecycle from concept design, detailed design, construction, commissioning, testing, operation, modification through to decommissioning. We seek to identify the safety critical tasks - from management to maintenance - that take place in each of these stages and to ensure that the human element is adequately considered and controlled.
