NUKEM has been involved in the preparation of Safety Cases for over 30 years and was involved in much of the pioneering work that developed the methods and good practices in use today. As a consequence, we have a wide experience of preparing and reviewing safety cases across most industries, including:

- Nuclear facility and plant.
- Non-nuclear industry: explosives, oil and gas companies and
within the transport industry.
In addition to its experienced UK team the Company can access a
vast body of expertise from across the NUKEM Group. By drawing
upon our expertise in safety and risk assessment, licensing requirements
and nuclear assessment methodologies and techniques (such as criticality,
shielding and nuclear inventory assessment) we can produce safety
documentation to satisfy the requirements of the regulatory authorities
or company policy as appropriate. Safety justification documentation
