NUKEM has multi-discipline teams that are able to develop plant and building designs from initial concept to final commissioning.

Our teams are used to working with conventional structures, nuclear facilities and specialist structures, including synchrotrons and radio telescopes. We can also design infrastructure works in support of such projects.

Our design teams are fully conversant with the design of nuclear and hazardous materials plants of all types, supported by specialised staff conversant with the preparation, approval and maintenance of Safety Cases and other Safety Documentation applicable to such plants.
